Once it finally showed up, it was actually easy to assemble. I was a little frustrated with how long I had to wait, but the setup itself was simple and the kids even helped a bit.

The designs are really nice overall. I liked the clean look, and the colors make the site feel fun without being too much. It’s easy on the eyes, which I appreciate. That said, I always tend to notice what could go wrong first, so I kept looking for anything that felt off or distracting. Luckily, there wasn’t much to complain about.

I’ll admit, when I first saw the price, I wasn’t totally sure it was worth it. But once we got it built and started using it, I changed my mind quickly. There are so many different ways my kids can play with it, and they’ve been loving it since day one. It feels really sturdy too, so I can see it lasting us for years. I’m glad we went for it

I had mixed feelings about the whole return process. The warranty support took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but in the end they did fix the issue and handled the return okay.

I thought this would be more educational, but it ended up feeling like we were just snapping pieces together without learning much. It took more effort to set up and keep the kids engaged than it was worth, and they lost interest quickly. I was hoping for something with more actual learning involved.

My kid hops on this every chance he gets, and the smile on his face pretty much says it all. Reading between the lines, I’d say this was absolutely worth buying

We’ve had our Infento set for a few months now, and it’s been holding up really well. My kids are definitely not gentle with it — lots of bumps, dragging it around, and just using it outside all the time. There are a few small scratches already, but nothing has come loose or broken. I took off one star because a few of the parts were just a little tricky to tighten.

The kit itself was fine, I guess, but the packaging was disappointing. The box arrived crushed, and a few parts were just rattling around loose inside like nobody bothered to secure them. There wasn’t really any decent protection in there either. For what this costs, I expected it to be packed way better.

One piece was missing when the order arrived, which was a little annoying at first. That said, these things happen sometimes, and customer service got it sorted quickly by sending the part out. Overall, not a big deal in the end...

I reached out to Infento support because there was a missing part in our order. They did get back to me, which I appreciated... but each reply seemed to take a couple of days.
The support person was polite and did help sort it out in the end. It just felt like I was waiting around longer than I expected, especially for something that should’ve been simple.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience... just not a great one either. If the responses were quicker, I’d feel a lot better about it...

This fits my 6-year-old well, and there’s still a little extra space, so I’m not worried about it being outgrown right away.

I figured this would be straightforward, but the instructions just didn’t make much sense. I tried to follow them with basic common sense, but they were confusing enough that I couldn’t really tell what I was supposed to do.

We got an Infento kit for my son, and I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sold at first. The first build took us a little while to figure out, and I had a moment of wondering if it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. But once we got the hang of it, it actually became fun. The best part is that when he gets bored, we can turn it into something totally different. So yeah, I kind of have to admit it’s been worth it

I had a decent experience ordering from infento.com. The site was easy enough to use and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I wanted, which was nice. Checkout went through fine too, although I did spend a little longer than expected trying to find the shipping info. I got the confirmation email right away, so that was reassuring. Overall, I’m happy with it, but there were a couple of small things that kept it from feeling completely effortless

I really liked the look of it at first, and it definitely has a cool design. But after only a few uses, some of the parts started showing wear, which was disappointing. It just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected, almost like the materials weren’t chosen with long-term use in mind.
